You'll be waiting a long...long time in a distant galaxy. There are no plans for any other George Lucas Star Wars episodes.

The Star War Trilogy is Over. It ended with Revenge of the Sith. There will be no other movies. The creator and director said it themselves.

Last I heard there are no plans for future Star War movies, they did the past and present, what else can they do? Luke in a "Little Rascal"?

given the saga was essentially the rise and fall of anakin skywalker
its kinda finished
there will be no more
less they go off in a different direction...there is talk of a series based on the star wars universe

Episode 7 is scheduled to begin later. Now they are shooting episode negative two, which will be followed by episode negative one, and then episode zero.
But episode 13 is scheduled to be shot before episode 7, and I suspect they will shoot episode negative four before that.

episode 8 is slated for April 4, 2138
episode 9 will be released in all its anticipated epic grandeur on...February 13, 3854!!!
