a solid white shirt. pinstripe pants and anything with a patterns on the top makes it look to busy and miss matchy. a solid shirt is the best bet.

It depends on the color of the pinstripes. I would say that you cannot go wrong with a solid color of one of the colors of the pinstripes. That would even look nice with a pinstripe jacket as well.

a white dress shirt with some lace or fringe, on the sleeves or collar. maybe wear a man's tie, that looks good with pinstripes. dressy heels, maybe pearl earrings.

A white dress shirt is always nice. But you may also want to consider wearing any solid color shirt (pink,blue,orange,etc) and then wearing the shoes and accessories to match. That is a very stylish look
