Get with your bank to dispute the charge if you did not do it. If you did, go to the website you purchased if from to try to cancel the order. If the order has already been fulfilled, its a valid charge, and there is nothing you can do about it.

For a start all CAPS is considered shouting. Phone your account manager or call centre and cancel it? You sure you got a charge or just received an email saying you had one? Good luck!

If it's Yahoo ecards they require that you email them first ( sign onto your account then choose contact us) then they email you a confirmation of cancellation and (this is the sneaky part) on the email confirming the cancellation they give you a toll free number to call to really, really cancel the subscription. Hope this helps.

If the charge is fraudulent -- in other words you did not initiate it -- contact your credit card company. If you purchased something and no longer want it, contact the vendor first. Since this was probably a service, they're not likely to reverse the charge, and are not under any obligation to do so.

First, no caps, please that's shouting.

Call or e-mail E-Cards and tell them you wish to cancel. If they do not cooperate, call the bank that issues the card to file a complaint.
