In 5 days?? This site provides answers and opinions, not miracles.
Losing 7lbs of bodyfat in 5 days is downright unhealthy.
You can lose lots of fluid, and it may amount to anything up to 7lbs, but you wont be any better off.
How did you come up with that target anyway? And why wait till there's only 5 days before you go on holiday to start?

the only way to healthy weight loss is by eating healthy and excercising. Dont starve your self other wise you will just put on more weight. Drink loads of water, fruit and vegies but watch your portion sizes, eat your carbs too as you will need energy and protien like fish beef, chicken turkey. no alcohol as this is a big one for putting on weight. Just be sensible. also try sum core ab excercises like holding your self in push up position hold for about 20 secs and repeat 5x you will feel this you also have to get your body fat down first to loose a tum.
I wish there was a quick fix for weight loo but there isnt and will take about a month to start seeing results.

There's no quick fix.
Whatever you lose by cutting out food groups will only go straight back on as soon as you go back to your normal eating pattern in 6 days - ie. once your on holiday!
Why dont you start with a healthy eating plan now, continue for the 2 weeks you're away, combined with regular excercise?
Instead of 90% of the population who gain weight on holiday - you'll come back, slimmer, healthier and glowing......

Eat nothing but fruit and vegetables for 5 days and you'll shed pounds very quickly. This is not the safest way to lose weight but I saw that Courtney Thorne Smith did it to lose weight for a television role.

run, run, run... jogging is great for burning fat and you excercise your abs a lot while doing long runs (minimum 30-45 mins). That in combination with cutting out bread, pasta, rice and just ear protine and veg you will see a difference.

Dont worry about it. When you get to where you're going you'll see people of all different shapes and sizes,none of them know each other and will probably never see each other again.Just get your kit off and feel know shame.
