i think it depends on how old you are like 12, yes you shouldnt be doing it! if youre older and enjoy the feeling no its not a bad thing. its actually fun and good for you, mentally and physically. i would just make sure you have sex with a partner that has been tested for any std and hiv first, because if you contract anything that will be BAD. otherwise anyone who tells you its a "bad thing" is full of it.

Does it need to be done only after marriage and after medical exams and only with your spouse? Yes.
Any other way is too big of a risk. How do I know that? I had my first son at the age of 18. I got pregnant before the wedding. And I contracted HPV from that husband. I married a man I had only known for six months. He cheated the whole time.
