I usually answer here, but some times I learn by questions people ask such as this one.

I have tried in Excel and found that you are right what I did to save that image is I copied it then open a Photo image editing software and copied there the image which I wanted to save.

So, I think the only possibility to save image from Excel file is to copy in Excel then paste in Photo editing software.

Note* if you do not have any photo editing software you can use Paint which is always available in windows.

If you need any further help. send mail to : nihon94@yahoo.com

On your keyboard use the printscreen (prt sc) key. This copies the entire page you're viewing to the clipboard.

Use an image editing program such as Microsoft Paint, JASC Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, etc. In the image editor, select edit, paste as new image. Use the crop tool to "cut " the image from the page. Once you've done this, you can save it to your desired location. You'll be given the option of saving it as a gif, jpg., etc. file. For photos use .jpg., for most other graphics use .gif.

Have a nice day.

You can drag the excess whit portion to fit the picture correctly (Hope you know how to work in Paint). Then save it as .bmp or .jpg or whatever format you want.
