What do you interpret as this £2060.61. It is a bill that has been sent to me. I would feel really silly asking someone what it means. can you aswear in words rather than figures ie: two thousand, thanx so much guys

All above are correct, but don't feel silly about asking! I am also useless at maths and spelling (thank god for spell check!) and I use to find it very embarrassing to ask for help. Now I look on the fact that it's better to ask than not to know, I also always carry around a calculator and a spell checker.
