Make sure that you've eaten before having sex, the possible that you blood sugar is low, may be why you're getting dizzy. If that does seem to work things out, don't have sex until you go see a doctor.

You might have a vascular problem with the vessels going to your head. Do you have migraines? OR you might be very thin and have a low blood pressure or are anemic. If this worries you go to the doctor for a checkup.

Change your breathing...I had this problem the first few times I had sex...I had no idea what was causing it, until I had sex with someone else and it wasn't as good so I didn't breath as heavy...go figure...now I know how to control my breathing and it's great!
