First of all the word u have used "Dimension" is not properly defined by u ,but still dimension means something u need to define something...Like in geometry u need 3 dimensions to define a sphere or a cylinder....So when u r walking along the road u r in 3-dimension right???But what about the shadow??It's in 2-dimensions ok!!Thus we see an object in 2-dimension is a reflection of an object in 3-dimension...Likewise in 2D when an object moves it's shadow is in 1D so u might as well believe that when u r walking along the road u r just a REFLECTION OF URSELF WHO IS IN 4D!!!THINK ABOUT IT!!!!

Actually, we KNOW there are more than just the 4 dimensions of spacetime, and we know it from several different observations, some of which people rarely think about necessitating more dimensions:

- gravity
- quantum entanglement
- David Deutsch's laser experiment
- the big bang singularity

That doesn't imply parallel realities, but it does mean there is more than just the 4 dimensions of spacetime we directly experience.

We can't know if there are other realities - if we did, they would, by definition, be part of our reality.

As for dimensions, some phycisisists believe that sapcetime has more than the four dimensions we perceive but I don't undertsand anything of that.
