Get out in the Sunny Sunshine. I love being out-of-doors! I run all my errands on sunny days and get outside for exercise, or work in the garden.

What do you do on a sunny day?

I most likely go for a swim with my children in the lake in the forest where we live and if the weather is not to hot I love to take them with me on a hike through the forest to enjoy the singing of the birds and the mysterious whispering of the wind through the leaves and enjoy seeing wildlife or we go for a great pick nick and if we are staying at home I like to read a good book sitting outside in the garden with a nice cup of tea.

Whinge big time and wish it was autumn, too humid in the UK, we should have siestas like they do in other countries or be able to work a lot earlier in the day so we don't get the effects of the midday sun, I hate this heat we are having here, too damn hot.

depending on how hot it is-- go for a picnic or cook outside. If it's really a steamy day, stay right next to the AC.
