Yes Black diamonds do naturally exist.
Assuming by black doamonds you mean a very dark or nearly
black sample of the cubic form of carbon. The term "black diamond" has also been used to refer to industrial-grade silicon carbide (a commonly used abrasive, man-made in large quantities, and nearly black in color).
Diamonds, like all natural crystals, contain impurities (boron and nitrogen are the most common) in the crystal lattice, inclusions (i.e. small bits of other materials), and crystal imperfections (dislocations, stacking faults, etc). Certain of the impurities in diamond are known to exhibit characteristic colors, e.g. boron often creates a blue coloration, nitrogen a greenish to yellowish cast. If there are "too many" of the various kinds of defects present, the crystal will appear opaque and/or darkly colored.
Scientists have never seen a really, truly, jet-black diamond, but have seen some very dark brown and dark grey ones (sometimes sold to mineral collectors who like to have a natural diamond or two even if they are not gem quality).
