its actually my nick name...ive been called this eversince i was born...for 17 years...of my life...so who ever calls me peanut i go by it like its my name...so its a second name. My part of my name is Amanda Marie (my first and middle)
but my parents sometimes go by Peanut Marie (nick name and middle name)

It was cute when you were a child. You have such a beautiful name, why not go by Mandy or something else. Your parents will still call you Peanut but other grown ups will think its a little juvenile.

It IS cute - but very young sounding. You may find yourself insisting that people address you by your first or middle name soon.
Although I'm sure you will always be "Peanut" to your parents!

Its a heck of a lot better than what my parents called my little sister Herman the Mouse dont ask me why they just did....i think that peanut is adorable...I bet your daddy called you that first his little peanut how cute....i call my baby my rollie pollie cuz she has so many cute little fat rolls.

My mom called me Peanut when I was a baby.. She sometimes still does. I like my name, Ashleigh, much better... And only my dad and his girlfriend are allowed to call me Ash. I won't let anyone else do it. Muahahaha!

My son is very allergic to peanuts. So when someone says "Hey Peanut" I would probably run to get my sons epi-pen.
But nicknames are fun.

Name is not original. We call it a period name (names which are common during a period).
You are too self centred - always asking others about yourself.
You need to step down and ask yourself why you lack self-confidence. It is something that has happened, or family, or school, or etc.
