u can go about in 2 ways..
1>an internal tv-tuner card
2> an external tv-tuner card.
a internal tv tuner card is installed into a pci slot in ur pc's mother board. u wil need to boot ur pc every time u want to watch tv in pc.u can ur favorite tv shows with an internal tv tuner card..
but..
an external tv-tuner doesnt require u to boot ur pc to watch tv
aslo u need not install it in ur mother board.but u cannot record tv to ur pc with external..
i suggest u buy a tv-tuner from pinnacle,pixelview...
