Actually, the stuff that some out before your milk comes in is usually very thin and pale. Sometimes it's yellow in color, I've actually had friends with colostrum that was blue tinged. I've also known women who could forcibly express a bit of milk years after giving birth. As long as you're not engorged, don't worry about it. It's a hormonal left over. But, here's a thought, have you thought about starting breast feeding ? It probably would be a lot easier for you to start back up again because of this discovery than for most women.

For me it took quite a few months for the milk to dry up completely. But squeezing the nipples will stimulate your breasts to keep producing milk so stop squeezing and the milk will go away completely.

Your body returns to normal about a year after youve had your baby. Ususally after the 1 year mark you should be fine. Sometimes it takes quite a while for this to happen, especially if this isnt your first baby. Untill then, leave them alone so you dont stimulate your milk supply-what your'e getting right now is only colostrum.

Stop checking. You are stimulating your milk supply when you check. Leave it alone and it will eventually dry up. It does take longer for some women than others.

Leave it alone. You have to totally stop stimulating the breast for them to dry up and even then it takes a while.

bind your breast... I used a breast binder and a sports bra over it so that it is less of a chance of you stimulating the milk... leave your boobs alone and it will try up... i only took a week to dry up but i kept my breast tight even when i went to sleep at night
good luck

you will probaby need to get milk drying up tablets to dry up the milk in your breast but if you keep stimulating your nipples and breast this will increase your milk supply and then you will end up going to doctors for help.
