a urinet test is sufficent, however you must wait until you skip a period for at least a week. infact you don't get your blood test results for a whle and it doesn't pick up pregnancy the minute you conceive it picks up 2 weeks after so the same as urine, however drs don't usually do blood tests unless they know your pregnant or have a odd situation.

After at least 10 days from the day you had sex you can use a pregnancy test or the best day for it is the day when the period is expected.

the only way to tell if some one is pregnant is when a hormone hgc is in her body it only shows up when u are pregnant
