possibly funniest sitcom ever and its only available on VHS as far as i can see :( would be great to see it on DVD with deleted scenes/outtakes commentries etc. dont you think ?

You'll be happy to know a DVD release has been scheduled for November 7th 2006!
You should be glad its available on VHS, there are so many things that are really good that have never seen any kind of release, you could make a DVD using the video you have, if you have the right equipment.

police squad was class, even though they only made a few of them, I still find them funny even though I must have seen them about 20 times!

it will eventually be released, until then get all of the Naked Gun movies, they are based on Police Squad and very funny
