Potassium permanganate is KMnO4
Antimony chloride is either SbCl3 or SbCl5

It looks like you are oxidizing the antimony from valence 3 to 5, so you're starting with SbCl3, and starting from Mn+7 and reducing it to Mn+2

SbCl3 + KMnO4 + ? ====> KCl + MnCl2 + SbCl5 + H2O
