If you're not using condoms then chances are he is putting sperm inside of you without your knowledge. There's a thing called prec.um and neither of you will know that it happened until you end up pregnant.

I'm sorry but if you have to ask this question then you are too naive to be having sex. Knowledge is power - how is it that he does not put sperm in you? Does he use a condom? if so then this is good. If you mean he withdraws before ejaculation then you can still get pregnant by doing this (remote possibility but possible all the same) If you are talking about sexually transmitted infections then yes you can catch them wether he ejaculates or not.
All men leak fluids that do contain sperm before they ejaculate

Your are likely to get pregnant whether or not he's ejaculating into you. If the stick goes in so does sperm with it. So, wanna get knocked up soon? If your asking questions like these should you be having sex? Ignorance is a sin.

If you are not trying to get pregnant then I would say yes it is good thing...but do you know the reason why he is not letting his sperm get inside you? Maybe you want to ask him that. Another thing is if you don' t know if it is a good thing or not maybe you should have found that out first before you started sleeping with him? Don't you think?

The minute his penis enters you, there is sperm present. So if you are "having sex" then he is "putting sperm in you" regardless of whether he pulls out before ejaculation.

Even the smallest amount of pre ***/sperm can carry enough sperm for you to get pregnant so please don't think that you won't be able to fall pregnant . Get Condoms/the pill etc, it's the only way to guarantee 99 % that you won't fall

Any way semin gets in or near the 'target area' can get you pregnant and willies leak sperm as soon as hard to lubricate the willy... Ie if willy goes in with no condom for a second or touches or drips or squrts anywhere near and it dripples in you can get pregnant. then get a mroning after pill straight away

He is putting it in someone else then, if he isn't putting it in you...So in your situation it good, but also its a bad thing because he could be putting his "sperm" in another human.....
