my question is why do you want contact other species when you people of earth can not respect your own differences ,you have spent billions dollar for what?Now you know contact with other beings is impossible to associate with you would be to destroy you,one day you will need help and there will be no help spirtually we pray for your world.

Contact with other species from another planet has always intrigued mankind. You are probably right in that they would be treated with contempt and fear just a we seem to do with our neighbours and others who inhabit this planet.

I think that is simple. They would like to discover new technology, or energy resources pretty much anything and exploit it. True capitalism. I don't think we are looking for friends in the universe as you say we have enough prejudices now.
