You can therefore hack through the internet by going to the nearest police station and telling them you want to.
If you're seiously interested in that kind of things, the "... for dummies" series have a few books on that kind of topic. Go look through them first (in your local library).

It is a tough thing to do. You first need to read a few programming books to learn to do it. Hacking is essentially writing programs. Go to a bookshop and get a few books about programming under Windows.
You might consider the fact that it might well be illegal if you decide to actually do it.
