We have lots of chip cities, I prefer chinese chips at Su Wongs, they are the bees knees with sore finger.

Well, San Francisco- because it contains the Santa Clara Valley, aka Silicon Valley. Silicon valley is world renowned for its manufacture and development of the Silicon CHIP.
Therefore, I have to say that it must be the Chipest city in the world. Interesting question, very thoughtful.
Also, the runner up is Las Vegas, if you mean "Poker Chips"
