Spirituality is something you are born with and must be explored to be discovered... you explore it by reaching to God, which is done through prayer. You may not feel like your prayers are answered sometimes, but realize that God always listens and answers them as He feels best. Yes, I've experienced God... he has saved my life on more than one occasion and he's always there for me. He's always there for you, too.
