It's called gaming for points, and it's technically 'abuse'.
You can report people for it and they will lose points.

Just do like I do and report them for "Gaming for Points"
If someone gives any kind of answer, trying to even poke a little joke in. I DO NOT report them.

BUT, If I see a "dunno" or totally lame (NON)answer. I report it.
(In this question I will NOT report them because there having a little fun with your question.)

Read the Community Guidelines to help guide you in reporting and to help know what can be posted.

90% of my reports have been for 'severe' bad language. There are children on here.
In real life I can swear like a sailor around my friends, but watch my language in public. And this is a public forum.

I really don't know either.. But what's the use of getting points if someone didn't answer well and gone away?? Well I always do my best to solve questions at my knowledge and when I really helped someone I would be so happy in fact I see getting points like this is kinda silly.. don't you think??

i don't know....
Just Kidding.
Some people do respond with that.
Those are the ones who are just collecting points and are missing out on the reasons for Q & A.
Dont be discouraged, if you have a valid question, you will get honest answers, most users are pretty helpful and willing to share information or experiences.
Good Luck.
