Do all new syringes for blood draws come capped and wrapped or do some of them some uncapped (i.e. only wrapped but without capping)

Disposable syringes all come capped, sterile and wrapped in a sealed package.

They are supposed to be completely sterile and capped.The cap is removed only immediately before the blood draw and the patient should observe the "sticker person" taking the cap off.

when I was drawing blood, the needles were only caped, of course we bought in bulk, if not bought in bulk then they are probably caped and wrapped.
