If I lift 20 pound weights on each arm laying on my back will it tone my chest and if so how long will it take?

Don't lay on a flat floor. Laying on a table which can let your hand with the weights move up and down your body. This should be done twice daily for three months and you will get your results as perfect as you want.

if you havnt lifted before start at ten of fifteen each arm or put roughly 40 on the bar and lift with a wide grip this works the chest too if its man **** you want to get rid of if you watch what you eat three weeks will show improvement
