You do not need to borrow. Feeling comes and goes.
But what if you meditate. Just like seeing yourself, every thing what you are doing. Just see yourself, just you follow a lovely lady pass by with your eyes. After all you are the most interesting person on earth at least for yourself.

No you cant. You can pick up on someone else's feelings and that feeling can pass from one to another to another. However, this will not be passed back when you are finished with it so it is not borrowed. It is not stolen either as the original person still has his feeling. I dont think it is shared either as the original person has if anything, more, not less of the feeling as it is passed from one to another.

Yes, you may borrow my happiness. It will not feel the same on you as it is on me, because it is like a pair of shoes.
It may pitch in places on your feet than it would on mine. It is a better fit for you to wear your own shoes than to wear those of some one else.
All other feelings have the same caveat!!

I have loads today coz it's the last day in my job so there's a bit happy, a bit sad, a bit of anticipation for the future and a bit full coz ive eaten too many cakes!

why borrow... when you can have it entirely?
ive never been so happy since ive discovered how much Christ loves me..adores me...is crazy about me...promises never to leave me or forsake me...said i must take no care for tommorow..
said to let not my heart be troubled or afraid..
that no weapn formed against me shall ever prosper..
that there is NOTHING that can seperate me from his love..
and that i must come unto him if im ever tired or worn down and weary and that he will take my load from me and make my burdens light.....that the riches of the wicked are stored up for me...
how can i not be happy?
and how can i be so selfish as to not share or even pass this happiness unto you...

If you believe that you create your circumstances and are not mearly a victim of circumstance; then you can chose to feel any emotion that you like.
