Do you think if I give away a free cruise it will attract more visitors to my website?

You "might" encourage a few more people to opt-in for some information but I think your question is how to get more people to visit your site to start with.

I've looked at your web site. The main page is just a landing zone with a request for them to follow a link further in. With this approach, I doubt you're seeing much traffic or good results for any of the key words you claim in your meta tags. This type of design is generally frowned on by the Search Engines. The source code is not in compliance with the WC3 guidelines and that alone will reduce your S.E. ratings.

I would recommend you re-thinking your site structure to bring it into compliance with WC3. Then you should develop a content rich web page that rewards the visitors you do get with information that is useful to them.

What you are offering a visitor now is insubstantial.

That's pretty expensive, unless you have the budget to do it. Otherwise, try smaller incentives like contests or free mini giveaways of your products. That should work and be more cost efficient.
