No...but dreams come true, as do prayers. Wishes, for me, are like bubbles; very temporary and the pop real easy...prayers and dreams can last a life time.

Coincidentally or not, most wishes made on broken stars or blowing the birthday candles did come true. I just have real hope the next one will too.
By the way, got nothing to do with your question, i have a big question it's so important to me and nobody answered me - i kindly ask eny jewish person who sees this to read my questions

Contrary to what people believe, birthday candles and falling stars do not have magical powers and are not able to fulfill human wishes.
But many of my wishes have come true throughout my life because I've worked hard for what I've wanted and I had a little help from The Big Boss Upstairs. ;o)

Not on special occasions like that, but I just made a wish after school that I could switch seat with another guy so that I could sit with that one I was attracted to every day.And it came true the next morning and a few weeks later we were dating.
