wil piercing beside a keloid cause it to regrow? i'm planning to pierce a few millimiters away from the scar. has anyone pierced beside a keloid before and not get a new scar or have the old one grown bigger?

well, i don;t think i'm very prone to keloid scarring. i think my keloid grew caused i repierced on an old scar..which was a mistake @_@ however, my other lobe piercing is just fine...

it will not cause it to regrow, but you may get a keloid from the new piercing........people prone to keloids tend to get them whenever new 'injuries' happen to the skin area....

Please be smart about this thing....

If you already have a keloid, it means that you are susceptible to keloids..Why risk another one?
