not everytime ... but mostly
... anyway i create a realy nasty ideas in time after 1.00 - 4.00 after midnight ... or sometime in nasty places - like WC on toalete paper...

The best ideas come before filtering.... If you wish to speak your truth then naked is the best way to present it.... Only foolishness needs to be clothed.

Sleep or meditation both help clear up answers for me. When the mind is cleared, or filtered, it seems to zap right to the heart of an issue. Reduction of stress, simplification of former complex issues...

Not necessarily. That's why brainstorming sessions can be so productive. It depends on what kind of problem you are trying to solve. Some things are better decided after much rumination.

My best thoughts seem to come to me unbidden and pure. They seem to come from somewhere deep inside me. When I filter them; they begin to resemble "me". Sometimes this works for me; and sometimes it doesn't. I learned to recognize this...after a great deal of thought.

Sleep and Pray about it. Many times that helps if you don't have the time then at least Pray. Be aware though that sometimes you can overanalyze something.
