i want 2 mail my clip to my friend but its size is 13 mb . I dont know any web that provide us to send a clip so big as 13 mb .If any one knows about any web that can help me tosaed my clip so plz suggest me . thanks

Instead I suggest you to try send it through Yahoo messenger
Just log in and open your friends window then click on Send File and ask him to accept your request and your file should start and in a very short time your friend should get that one.

I agree with the answer about Yahoo messenger.. I used to send and recieve files from a friend in Canada that were very large, that way..

cut down u r clip into images
then convert that images to text with avialable softwares
u can mail text very easily , then u r friend can again convert the text into images
or
try zipping the file

i dont think there is any 'web' that provides an attachment capacity of 13mb, but you can try Yahoo! photomail (photomail.mail.yahoo.com) OR maybe gmail. but for gmail, you'll need somebody to send you an invitation.

upload it in a myspace or try to send it thr hotmail/yahoo but it has to be a different email adress ( the one u pay for) u should also compress it to make it smaller in size

it relies upon on what service you'll have.. im no longer conscious of the facilities over there yet you will get an unlocked one from ebay for round one hundred fifty u.s. money sorry i wasnt a lot help
