I know there is a plethora of sites on the web, but i want to refine my search, so as to save time, does anyone have any info on this?

Well Ive used www.freewebs.com for 12 websites for over 2 years and you can use there easy site builder or the HTML builder. and then if you want a short web address go to www.freedomain.co.nr and all of this is free and if you edit by HTML advert free aswel.
I highly reccommend it!

They have nearly 2000 designs you can download and use for free, with just an acknowledgment to the original author

Depends whether you want to pay for it or not..I used 50megs.com they pretty much let you do what you like with the sites and you can edit the HTML manually, Upload from frontpage 98 or use the templates they provide

you're able to do all all this because it quite is basic.All you're able to desire to do is to accomplish a little form of learn approximately internet sites from there you've the skill to decide.You dont desire a expert to try this for you as there are sites which specialise on development sites and you dont desire any html.they are going to easily grant you all the techniques
