yes.Story writer the person who writes the actual story there wont b any scenes in it.but screen play writer is the person who writes hwat actors has to say or what type of set up has to b there for the particular scene.

Story writer is a person who just writes the story of a movie. But one who does the screenplay has to decide what all dialoges should the characters should use. In a film industry, more importance will be given to the screenplay because that decides to what extend a film will become a success.
