Do some weight-lifting on a regular basis,and if you have not done that before,do it slaw and increase weights gradually,otherwise you might hurt yourself. Good luck.

Why on earth would you want to do that.? I'm 6'2" also . I've been this way for quite a while and I really like it. There are some disadvantages such as airline seats and the fact that i can't fit into a Corvette- Hey Chevy why don't you build American cars for American people ?- but he advantages out number the disadvantages by a very significant margin. Women adore tall guys. There is really nothing you can do about it anyway so enjoy it- a lot
BTW just out of curiosity :Are you female ? Because that would almost make sense

this is natural process as per DNA which u inherited through your parents. U just can not stop the natural process. Anyways try to cut on protine contents

the taller the best! That way , you can date models, or even become one =)
if you're a men, it's even better, cause you can date the small ones and the tall ones..
and, i don't think it's possible for someone to stop growing.
So, make your peace with it.
