Commercial Street or Malleshwaram or Brigade Road or may be M.G. Road or Chikpet or Malls in Koramangla.
Well which is best, it depends where you get articles of your interest and competitive prices, all the above places have something or the other unique with them. Start with Commercial Street and explore others one by one.

hi mate, forget all places, take a rik, goto commercial highway. you will get all budgets outfits from considerable highway to its inner lanes. in case you elect to spend on foriegn manufacturers, circulate to Garuda mall or Brigade street. in case you elect discounted branded outfits, circulate to Marathalli. and a few branded fabric showroom could be recent in 100ft street of indiranagar. those are my aspects of procuring. I get excitement from it, i think of you too gets excitement from it :)
