i have a nokia 1100 and ive used various unlocking softwares and obviously ive fialed. can my phone still be unlocked by a professional celphone repairman?

its not my sim card that is locked its the phone. it is locked to one network provider only. and now, since ive tried differnet codes to unlock it from the network, ive lost my chances of unlocking it with a code. is there a way to refresh it?

Yes it would and can still be unlocked, i would suggest bringing it to a cellphone service center for repairs. From a technical standpoint all they need to do is flash the units bios to refresh it, but the thing is if the cellphone is locked to a specific service provider you would end up removing that as well and subsequently you may loose the warranty of the cellphone that you are using. Call your local provider first and check with them it they can do it for you

If you failed 5 times, you need someone who has the hardware unlocking tool. It can no longer be done through the codes.

when you got ur line u should have been told a puk number anyway since your phone is locked call the relevant customer services using another phone and they will be able to help you...
and yes a phone repair man will be able to unlock it..

go to your cell phone company store and they will probably be able to unlock it for you. im not sure if this one works but you could try taking out the battery and it might work. you never know

i think u need what is known as a puk code to unblock your fone take it 2 a fone shop an im sure they will b able 2 help u
