tornado, I think it was officially F-3, Nov 05. But the size wasn't as important as the speed and the time it spent on the ground. There was no warning unless you just happened to be watching local TV at one in the morning. But if that was F-3, I'd hate to see F-5. Well, I don't ever want to see another tornado.

And BTW I don't feel like a victim, survivor, It's just a bad thing that happened to me, my family, my friends and neighbors. We pulled together and helped each other out.

Sorta, if a moderate 100 year flood event would count. The only damage really was that all the carpet in the basement was destroyed. Some neighbors had their house flooded however and appeared on the regional news channel.

no, but i sympathise with those who suffered in natural disasters..

from buddhism point of view, natural disaster is the result of bad deeds done by one's body, speech and mind since beginingless times - esp greed (flood), hatred, killing (fishing - tsunamis), sexual misconduct (SARS - lesbian and homosexuality)....

Negative actions will bring great negative results......

3 years ago, i lived in florida while attending academy, i was in hurricane francis. the mobile home that i had rented was flattened, it took 5 days before i could access what used to be my home. everything was destroyed. it was very scary. thats about it.

yes eartquake.the most terrifing one was when i had a gass pressure inside of me that i couldn't hold...mann that was a natural disaster..as we all know it,called ..FART
