Im not sure that document seeks dodgie. However I do believe that Judas is probably one of the most important disciples. If he hadent betrayed Jesus then there would be no crucifixion, no resurection and no christian church. So perhaps Jesus did ask, but im a bit uncertain about that documents authenticity.

No. Any one can write anything after the fact. If you really want to know the truth read the Bible. It has stood the test of time for over 2000 years.

No, it is ridiculous to even wonder if it's true. The Bible clearly tells exactly what happened.
