It's a system kid's parents sometimes put on there computer so that you have to log in to use the internet and it only gives you an hour on the internet and then you're banned for the day. You also can't go on Yahoo! anything, no Google Images, no pornography, no games no school helping information, no blogs . . .

sounds like a tool to keep good kids good and to rein in bad ones. It also sounds like it keeps the kids safe while mommy and daddy do something else.
I think it is better to use parental control rather than some pay program.
It puts the responsibility back on the parents. When parents are involved, they raise decent human beings. When they are not involved, the kids turn anti-social. Allowing no correction by either the parent that is there, and the absent parent.

ur parents put this on ur computer to keep you safe. some kids spend too many hours just doing nothing on their puters.
