1. Mrs Ford - she was my first teacher that i ever had when i went to school (not creche) and she was the best ever!!
2. Miss Brinkley - she was my geography and history teacher and my netball coach. She was great, fun, loving and caring!

My 12th grade English teacher. My senior year, I goofed off completely. Skipped school. Never turned in homework. Almost didn't graduate. My English teacher, Mrs. Hill, really worked with me the last semester and helped me walk with my classmates. I will never forget her. She's the reason I'm a teacher today.

actually i remember several teachers. one was in 6th grade, he was a fun and funny guy. he liked to play pranks on students and teachers alike. two were in junior high, the first taught english and spanish. didn't learn spanish... but learned about mexico and bad jokes. the second taught math, she was pretty and smart. i think all the guys had crushes on her! in high school the photography teacher was also the drivers ed teacher. he would tell me to get off the sidewalk in the practice trailer! he also was involved in an accident with me. the rest of course i was last to drive!

I remember all of my teachers, but the one that I remember the most was my 2 nd grade teacher. She called me "clumsy" in front of the whole class, and told the other students to make fun of me. LOL, I know... cry me a river. You'd think I'd forget after 22 years.

I had a favorite but it is memorable,my parents were drug addicts and very abusive, they always sent us to school,8 hours,no kids.We were happy to go,warm, food, people who cared. It was the 70's and people were not as aware of child abuse as now,I had a Spanish teacher who noticed alot of little things I guess, but she invited me on a trip with her and her kids to Kings Island amusment park,it was the best week of my life, she must have told my parents she was on to them because the beatings let up,and she always had a hug for me and a treat,Ms.Nau,I will never forget you!

One that stands out was my art teacher in high school.
He was nice, and he let us go out into the corridor to smoke, but when he saw someone with talent, he was really hard on them. He saw talent in me, and when he marked my work, I always thought it was unfair that I didn't get better marks. I kept trying harder, as I really respected him as a person and a good teacher. When I finally got a 100%, he just said "see, I knew you could do it." - I felt so proud, and I knew he had been pushing me harder as he saw I could do better.
I also remeber my sport teacher of later on.... I went on a date with him when I finished school - he he!! He waited until I wasn't a student, even though I was 21 while studying!

i remember my science teacher in 3rd grade. she says " like" a whole lot! one time while she was teachin a 15 min lesson my friend and i counted how many times she said "like" and she said it for over 120 times!!! that was FUN
and this cool teacher of mine in 7th grade. his name was mr. smith.and he was just so funny and he would let my friend and i get away with stuff. but then when he gets mad he throws things around. one time on music class he threw the music stand cause the class was too noisy... but other than that he was the coolest and funniest teacher!

I remember the ones that had the worst punishments..and yes it was many years ago & kids have it much easier today..
*7th Grade Science teacher(male)..placed students heads into a lower cabinet in the classroom then swatted them with a paddle on the butt..hense they'd raise their head up when swatted..ouchie!
*6th grade teacher(male) Used to take the boys into the restroom, pick them up from their back belt loop & throw them into the brick wall..girls had to hold their hands out palm up & he'd slam them with his hand hard as he could..ouchie!
*8th grade teacher (female)Made you wear headphones & listen to gospel music for an hour, for a week while in her class..(lame)
Only one I remember fondly was a 9th grade black male math teacher that helped me & raised my grades from D's to A's..he was cool
