They are both awesome. Chanel is more classic, where Gucci is more edgy. It just depends on my mood which I prefer. You cannot go wrong with either.

Depends on the age group. Chanel is more classic, stick to the older folks. Gucci is more modern, but still don't give a Gucci purse to a 12 year old. That kinda stuff is for the 20+ people.

No, there's not a big difference, quality wise. They're both high end designers. As far as style though, I prefer Chanel. The quilted Chanel bags are timeless, whereas Gucci can look dated.

I like chanel much better. I actually have a pair that I bought for 5 bucks and they are sooooo cute

i think that a bag should match an outfit so if you want more of a classic or maturer look i would go witha Chanel.
Although if you want a modern look and your going out for the night pick out a Gucci or Louis Vutton !
