Well if you mean 2GB RAM then use can use motherboard that support the proccesor of intel pentium D.The maximum RAM can put is 2GB RAM.

What type of cpu you want to use what type of case you have most of the motherboards that are new support 2gb of ram. Also
it also depends on what type of memory you what to use as well.

It's depend to your CPU support.If it's AMD you have to have AMD support motherboard.If it's Intel you most have Intel support motherboard.At first you most check your CPU brand.
