Men have been polled for the last 100 years on the perfect size for a woman and the majority of men have said the same thing for over a century now:
PERFECT BODY IS: 5'6, 115-120, 34C-24-34, SIZE 2-4 JEANS/DRESSES.
You may or may not like it, but those are the facts. Comments or questions?

I always heard the measurements were 36C-24-36. And dress size hasn't been the same for 100 years. The sizing standard changed since Marilyn Monroe. Remember, she was a size 14? Today's equivalent would be a 4 or a 6. Many wedding dress manufactures still use the old chart, so hence why women hate the tag on their wedding gown! As for height and weight, you're again a little off. I don't know where you got your numbers, but it isn't what's been written in magazines, newspapers, etc... for the last "100 years". Go back 100 years literally. The standard of beauty was FAT women. Look at all the old paintings, the women were full figured. Maybe that's your ideal, but I don't think that's an accurate "poll".
Now, your sexist bastard, I guess we are supposed to take your word on how great you look? You want to know what you can do with that? As for any idea that I am making "excuses", I am 5'4" and 120lb 34D-26-38, and this is after 2 kids. I have done minor modeling work before I had kids, including posing nude in a men's magazine. Let me tell you, NONE of us on that shoot had those measurements. We were all fuller! So sit on it and rotate buddy and take a look at the average of women AND men today. Just cause some ugly little focker says women should be skinny, doesn't mean we have to be. Besides, most men are pretty damn gross themselves.

Where exactly did you come by your statistic? Because I can tell you it is wrong. Over the past 100 years, the image of the ideal woman has shifted dramatically. In Edwardian society, at least among the upper class, waif-like was the in thing. In the 40's and fifties, men liked women with meat on their bones (look at the pinups from the time. Not one of those weighed 120 lbs).
Anyway, you are discussing statistics. Polls can be used to prove anything. Someone else could do a scientific poll and "prove" that men want 5', 150 lb women who wear size 10. It's all in how the question is asked, how amny people are polled, how random it is, etc.
The ideal anything is a completely subjective notion. For every man who wants just what you described, there is a man whose ideal is a short woman, or a bigger woman, or a woman with smaller breasts.

So I'm bothered about what the majority of the male population see as a "perfect" female body!!?? Well what was the women's view on a man's perfect body? oh thats right it doesnt exist! Like we give a toss about what men think, I'd rather feel much happier in myself thanks! But just so you know I'm not arguing this point because I am not the so called "perfect body", I am pleased with the way I look and would feel disadvantaged with those figures!
Its such a sexist remark!

There is no perfect body in that sense. The absolute perfect body is the one that's right for you. If you found a girl, and you just look at her and tell she has a perfect body, then later find out that she is not the right measurements, does she not still have a perfect body in your eyes?

Do men want kids? And would men like to spend all their free time doing domestic stuff like cooking and cleaning while their post-childbirth women get in shape?
