Why on earth would a 3 year old be forced to do homework? And, sorry, I have no idea what 'studying nursery' means.
Whatever it is that you're trying to make him learn, you better not punish him for not wanting to sit down and do homework. You're going to make him hate studying for the rest of his life.

Why is a 3 year old being subjected to homework?
You should be the one being punished for forcing "nursery" on such a small child. Whatever "studying nursery" is supposed to mean.
It sounds like you need to study up on some grammer so for your benefit I am including a link for YOU to study. Maybe your son can punish you for not being able to teach him to speak the English language correctly,.
Let him enjoy being A 3 YEAR OLD.
He will have plenty of years of punishment just being your son for the next 15 years.

WHAT! This sounds insane. Homework? A 3 year old brain knows only the here and now of situations. He is just starting to accept that mom is a constant in his life, but it ends right about there.
This is way beyond what should be expected for his age. Please consider another situation for him. You'll end up stressing him out, and often the first way a child will show it is to regress to not using the potty. Your son needs your comfort.

Make it fun for him. You have to help him. At 3 kids don't have much of an attention span. Do five minutes here and five minutes there. He can't have that much, he's only 3. Don't punish him if he doesn't want to do it. Just sit him down a few times a day to work on it a little bit. It'll get done, but like I said before you have to sit there with him and help him...make it fun. If he has siblings get them involved too.

Maybe you can teach him yourself, my mom also like that. You help him do and later let him play. You can also tell stories related to the hw so that you can get your child's interest. You can also give him snacks. After all, you know what your son likes, you can make use of these to make him do homework. ( You should involve helping him)
Best wishes and gd luk

at 3 yrs kids arn't mature enough to think whats right or wrong? Best way to carve out their persona is by becoming their best friend.. child brain tries to walk on the path of revered personas.. so make learning a fun.. make him do his homework in playful manner.. Sing with him.. Dance with him.. Play with him.. ask him to draw his favourite things.. praise him for his job.. this will carve your friendliness in his mind and he will listen to you and then try to bring studies in.. Sing the alphabets.. Sing the tables.. And then ask him to show you the same in writing in a playfull manner.. thats it..

children to learn have to be punished only if the the situation needs. The punishment does not have to be physically harmfull, you can tell him if he didn't do his homework he won't get something he likes for example.
