I would reccomment Scholl for cracked heels, it is excellent and you have a guaranteed improvemnt in 3 days! It's quite pricey though! Good luck!

Ok, if this is a long standing problem it will take a while to improve.
Start by soaking your feet in warm water, a bath is great but a bowl will do. There are foot softening potions that you can add to the water but just soap and water is fine.
Then exfoliate your feet (Crabtree & Evelyn make a great foot exfoliant cream with pumice in) with a cream or foot file.
Then apply a good moisturiser (Scholl or Crabtree & Evelyn or Boots ) rub this in every night and wear thin socks over feet in bed.
If you do this once a week and apply cream every night your feet will improve and the cracks will heal.
If you can afford it, book a proffesional pedicure to start you off!

if you can get any origins foot care products I highly recommend them - esp "reinventing the heel". If you cant get this, then any good thick moisturiser will do. Wash your feet thoroughly, then, if not too painful, slough with a foot scraper for hard skin (leave this the first few times if feet are very painful) then slather in your chosen cream (even vaseline will do) and put each foot in a plastic bag (freezer bag prferebly) leave like this for as long as you can. Dont try walking about too much like this - it is sooooo dangerous!!!! But it makes a huge diff to your feet (or hands) very quickly.

You probably left the soles out of the refrigerator too long. I suggest you grill them as soon as possible and prepare a succulent herb sauce to go with them together with some fresh vegetables.
My favourite is Dover Sole. Yummy!

Flexitol HEEL BALM is the best for this problem. use it 2x's a day and in 2-3 days you will see a big improvement. I buy this at WAL-MART for about $10 for the 4oz size.

Any cream with urea in it (at least once day) and pumice the surrounding skin to get rid of the surrounding callus (at least twice a week) It'll take about a month to get you as good as new.

Wear socks and shoes, never wear flipflops or go bare footed. You will never have cracked heels if your feet stay hidden.
