Why don't I receive the new mail notification on yahoo! ???

I don't get anything when a new mail arives, no taskbar, no window, no toolbar icon, no sound..nothin.
I wrote to yahoo and they told me to look in the help section on yahoo.com. What the **** asnwer is that. I searched everything there.
I thought it has something to do with messenger, even though Y! toolbar isn't working also, so I tryed yahoo 7.5, 8beta, the new Yahoo 8, and none seem to work.

Please help anyone, and don't give me bogus aswers that it is now fixed...when it will be fixed I will update this question.

maybe ur server is not good. what why you dont get new yahoo mail arrive.
