The job holder would be responsible to perform passenger check-in at the counters and board them to the aircraft through boarding gates with the commitment of delivering high quality Customer Services. The jobholder will also be required to provide a comprehensive escort service to the passengers who avail speacial services like meet & greet / or require special attention by Special Handling Team.

Completed courses in Passenger Handling, Reservation/Ticketing
& Customer Services such as Introduction to Civil Aviation and Airport Passenger Handling

Knowledge of Departure Control Systems

airline check in counters IS:
to work on that counter wellcoming travellers , (passengers) holding the tickets to the said airline, where yu have to check the ticket and flight copons, with the loggegs it should not be more than 20 kgs in some cases, and some reponisibilty.
any how i think you have to be trained before working at the check in counter.
