I have searched an cannot find evidence that Dickens and Montgomery ever wrote a book together. Both Dickens and Montgomery were prolific writers in their own right, and both tended to write about the society in which they lived. Montgomery's works tend to focus on everyday life and adventures, while Dickens are often a more satirical look at the follies of human nature and societal programs.

It sounds like you're looking for material for an essay.

Yes, Dickens and L.M. Montgomery both were very prolific authors. Type their names into a search engine and lots of information will come up. One was English and the other Canadian. One wrote a lot about London slums, the other about little girls on Prince Edward Island. To really get a comparison of their styles and subject matter, you'd really need to read books by both.

I'm not aware of the two of them writing anything together. In fact, I don't even believe they were both alive at the same time.

They couldn't have written a book together because Charles Dickens died before she was even born.
