Lie on your side and slowly lift you leg up and lower it! ( like scissors) Do that 50 times on each side, it's very good exercise for the thighs!

back in the day we would wrap saran wrap around our thighs when we'd go for a walks, you sweat more... but it feels kinda funky and can make you break out if you do it long enough.

hit the gym at least 5 days a week and stop eating after 8pm!
