If you are with in 26 years old and your wife is within 24 years old and both your health are free from deficiencies and in good shape you can have it atleast 5 times in 7 days. Like this you cancarry on till the 31. Once you get an issue possibly I feel your partner may not be able to co-operate all the time wheneveer you seek.

First you have to care/keep your body at good shape and take energetic good food, no smoking and good physical exercise to increase your timing while you are "in"!

While one of you is not well don't do it.
